The villa was named after Plutus, god of wealth, and rightfully so. Plutus is a high-end villa, built on a royal location – beneath a century-old pine forest, above the town. Plutus has a view of Hvar, the dreamy Pakleni Islands, and the blue open seas.

Villa Features

Plutus was built in 2017 on a plot of land covering 800m2. The living space covers 250m2, spreading over the ground floor and the first floor of the villa. The villa can take up to 8 persons, who’ll need 10 minutes to get to the town on foot, and 4 minutes to reach the first beach.

The villa in a nutshell – the ground floor comprises a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room with a table for 10, and a living room with direct exit to a terrace with a swimming pool. The terrace bathes in sunlight throughout the day and offers spectacular scenes from the “Pakleni Islands at dawn, high noon, and sundown” show… Priceless. For everything else, there’s Mastercard or any other card of your choosing. On the first floor of the villa you’ll find 4 bedrooms with matrimonial beds (200x200cm) and en-suite bathrooms.

You’ll find two extra toilets on the ground floor; a guest toilet near the kitchen and another one near the pool.

And now for a more detailed layout – you enter the house from the back, and to the right of the ground floor, covering about 100m2, you’ll see the kitchen and the dining room; to your left, you’ll see the living room. Once you reach the end of the living room, you’ll find the exit to the pool and Jacuzzi to your right, and the outside bar to your left. If you walk past the bar, you’ll enter the sauna and the gym.

Have we mentioned already that Plutus has top notch amenities? We have? Good things are worth repeating. Plutus has it all, and much more.

Adjacent to the main entrance you’ll see a staircase (inside) that leads to the first floor with three bedrooms of about 20m2 and a master bedroom of 25m2. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, a TV, and a safe. It’s worth mentioning that the staircase is completely covered in glass and that it overlooks the sea. The villa has a lot of glass surfaces; it is very well-lit, bright, and airy. Light, the way we like it.

Plutus is an absolutely exclusive villa that will appeal to those who appreciate the minimalist approach to luxury, luxurious design without excessive detail. The villa has exactly what it needs – not an inch more or less.

In front of the villa you’ll find a private parking space for 3 cars.

This place is a perfect match for those who prefer to vacation within reach of town advantages: fine restaurants, charming stores, lively clubs, and lovely beaches. If you wish to escape to nature – the heart of the island, its wineries and off-beaten secret beaches can be reached in a 15-minute car ride, whereas the fabulous flora, fauna, wild beaches, and fish restaurants of the Pakleni Islands are only a 15-minute boat ride away. Everything is possible – it’s up to you to decide what you want and go after it.
