Daily rates per property.
Daily rates include: use of facilities and amenities (pool, sauna, etc), VAT, wi-fi, linen, towels, water, electricity, gas, soaps, shampoos and shower gels, daily housekeeping, final cleaning.
Daily rates do not include: tourist tax, wine selection, all additional services.

Pets are allowed, upon request.
Smoking is allowed in outdoor areas.

Towels, bed linen and tablecloths are all provided. Towels are provided for a total period of stay in advance, while linen is changed every 3 to 4 days.
Additional cleaning services and change of bed linens is arranged according to guest’s wishes and charged separately.
Minimum stay is 7 days, but exceptions can be made depending on the season.
Changeover day is preferably Saturday, but can be flexible depending on the season.
Check in is at 4 pm and check out is at 10 am.
Car is not necessary.
€1.000 refundable security deposit is requested in cash and will be returned after departure inspection.
