Villa Features

Villa Fisola offers the perfect blend of modern design and natural elegance, thoughtfully arranged across two levels.

Ground Floor: Light-Filled Living Spaces

The open-plan living area on the ground floor is spacious, stylish, and full of character. Soaring oak-beamed ceilings, natural stone flooring, and raw concrete walls create a refined, contemporary feel. Handmade wooden furniture and bespoke cabinetry add warmth and texture throughout.

Expansive sliding glass doors frame panoramic countryside views and create a seamless indoor-outdoor flow. On one side, you’ll find a cozy lounge area with a modern sofa and armchair; on the other, a fully equipped kitchen featuring dark granite countertops and premium appliances.

A centrally positioned dining table sits in front of a large picture window overlooking the infinity pool and the hills beyond. Between the dining and kitchen areas, a door leads out to a side terrace for easy outdoor access.

A guest bathroom is also located on this level for added convenience.

First Floor: Three Tranquil Bedrooms

Upstairs, Villa Fisola hosts three beautifully appointed en-suite bedrooms. Each features a centrally placed king-size bed and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The master bedroom enjoys direct access to a private balcony terrace—ideal for enjoying a peaceful morning coffee while soaking in the view.

Rooftop Terrace Access

A second staircase leads from the first floor to the villa’s rooftop terrace, offering another spectacular space to unwind—details below.

Outside Villa Fisola

Outdoor living is at the heart of Villa Fisola, with a variety of terraces designed to make the most of the stunning Dalmatian landscape.

Ground-Level Outdoor Living

The villa’s open-plan interior flows naturally onto three outdoor spaces.

  • Main Lounge Terrace: Accessible through sliding doors from the living room, this shaded pergola area is furnished with a comfortable sofa and cushioned chairs—just steps away from the luxurious infinity pool and a row of inviting sun loungers.

  • Sun Deck & Pavilion: Slightly elevated on the same side of the house, a stone platform hosts a swinging love seat and additional loungers—perfect for catching the afternoon sun.

  • Outdoor Dining Terrace: On the opposite side of the villa, and conveniently accessible from the kitchen, you’ll find the main al fresco dining area. This secluded, shaded terrace features a large dining table and a barbecue setup—ideal for long, leisurely meals outdoors.

Rooftop Terrace

At the very top of the villa, a panoramic rooftop terrace offers a breathtaking vantage point over the countryside and a distant view of the Adriatic Sea. Partially shaded by a pergola and equipped with two sun loungers, it’s the perfect spot for a quiet moment, sunrise yoga, or sunset drinks.
