Villa Katina is located directly by the sea in Sućuraj, on the island of Hvar, where the sound of the waves and the calm of the Mediterranean set the rhythm of your days.
Accommodating up to eight guests, Villa Katina offers four bedrooms, four bathrooms with showers and one separate guest toilet. The villa spans 305 m² and is set on a 1,336 m² private plot, with a 50 m² heated infinity pool overlooking the sea.
Surrounded by a Mediterranean cascade garden, the villa offers a private atmosphere where guests can enjoy the peace and privacy of the surroundings, while remaining within easy reach of the village. Restaurants, shops and the centre of Sućuraj are just an 800-metre walk away.
The sea is present throughout the villa, from the outdoor spaces to the large glass openings inside the house. In front of the villa, guests can enjoy a heated infinity pool and jacuzzi overlooking the water, as well as a covered outdoor dining area with a barbecue, ideal for long summer evenings by the sea.
The ground floor features a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, all connected by large glass walls that open towards the sea. This level also includes one bedroom with a king-size bed (200 × 200 cm), an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and direct access to the garden. A separate guest toilet is also located on the ground floor.
Internal stairs lead to the upper floor, where a second living room opens onto a balcony with outdoor seating and panoramic views of the sea. The balcony is the perfect place for a quiet morning coffee or an evening spent watching the changing colours of the horizon.
The upper floor includes three bedrooms. One bedroom features a king-size bed (200 × 200 cm) and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has a double bed that can be separated into two single beds (100 × 200 cm), also with an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom has two single beds, with a separate bathroom with a shower located directly next to the room.
For guests looking to explore the island more actively, four bicycles, a kayak and a SUP are available.
Villa Katina is not designed as a place you simply visit, but as a space where you slow down and experience life in the rhythm of the island.
