Daily rates per property.
Daily rates include: use of facilities and amenities, VAT, tourist tax, wi-fi, linen, towels, water, electricity, soaps, final cleaning.
Daily rates do not include: pool heating and all additional services.
*Pool heating is charged separately €15 per day.

Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is allowed in outdoor areas.
Events are allowed, upon request.
All additional services upon request prior to your arrival.
Towels, bed linen and tablecloths are all provided. Towels and linen are changed weekly or upon request.
Minimum stay is 7 days.
Check in is at 4 pm and check out is at 10 am.
Car is necessary.
€1.000 refundable security deposit is requested in cash and will be returned after departure inspection.
*Due to the specific architecture, stairs and fence design, the house is not suitable for small children, ie small children should be supervised at all times.
