Daily rates includes: VAT, tourist tax, wi-fi, linen, towels, water, electricity soaps and shower gels.
Daily rates do not include: final cleaning which is one-off €100 per stay and all additional services.

Car is not necessary.
No security deposit is requested since the owner has great trust in polite and decent behaviour of the clients.
