Daily rates include: use of all facilities and amenities (pool, sauna, etc), VAT, tourist tax, wi-fi, linen, towels, water, gas, electricity, soaps, shampoos and shower gels.
Daily rates do not include: final cleaning, charged €140 in addition, and all additional services.

Smoking is allowed in outdoor areas only.
Events are allowed upon request.

Towels, bed linen and tablecloths are all provided. Linen and towels are changed every 4 days or on request, as well as additional cleaning, with surcharge. A sufficient number of towels is always available.
Minimum stay is 3 days.
Check in is at 2 pm and check out is at 10 am.
Car is not essential.
€0 refundable security deposit is requested on arrival; owners will charge any damage in the villa after the damage is done for the amount of the damage done.
