Daily rates per property.
Daily rates include: use of all facilities and amenities (heated pool, jacuzzi, etc), VAT, tourist tax, wi-fi, linen, towels, water, electricity, soaps, shampoos and shower gels, daily cleaning, final cleaning, gardener, luggage delivery from the parking lot to the villa and vice versa.
Daily rates do not include: wine selection and all additional services.

Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not allowed.
Events are allowed, upon request.

Towels, linen and tablecloths are all provided. Towels and pillow cases are changed on a daily basis, while linen is changed upon your request or at least every 3 days.
Minimum stay is 5 days in high season, 4 days in low season.
Check in is at 3 pm and check out is at 10 am.
Car is not necessary.
€2.000 refundable security deposit is requested in cash on arrival and will be returned after departure inspection.
