Daily rates per property.
Daily rates include: use of all facilities and amenities, VAT, wi-fi, bed linen and towels changed once per week or on demand, pool towels, utility cost (water, gas, electricity), pool heating, toiletries, maid housekeeping (two hours per day), daily maintenance of garden & pool, welcome package (fruits, water, welcome drink), final cleaning.
Daily rates do not include: tourist tax, wine selection and all additional services.
*Maid service is provided on a daily basis for light cleaning, which includes washing-up, emptying of bins and tidying. A thorough cleaning is undertaken weekly, every seven days.
