Daily rates per property.

Daily rates include: use of all facilities and amenities, VAT, tourist tax, wi-fi, bed linen and towels changed 2 times per week or on demand, pool towels, utility cost (water, gas, electricity), pool heating, toiletries, maid housekeeping, daily maintenance of gardens & pool, welcome package (fruits, water, welcome drink), drinking water in the rooms, final cleaning, concierge available during day hours, rich Mediterranean breakfast, one dinner from Chef (subject to book in advance), private boat transfer from Spit airport to Hvar (or back) during high season for guests staying 7 nights and more.

Daily rates do not include: all additional services.

*Maid service - is provided on a daily basis for light cleaning, which includes the making of beds, washing-up, emptying of bins and tidying. A thorough cleaning is undertaken weekly.

*If guests would like to have full board – everyday lunches and dinners during whole stay - this option should be booked minimum one month before arrival, otherwise we do not guarantee that we are able to provide such service. Full board does not include full day table service and cleaning, if there is need in such service, it should be booked in advance minimum one month before arrival.

Additional Information

Pets are allowed, upon request.

Smoking is allowed in outdoor areas.

Events are allowed, upon request.

All additional services upon request prior to your arrival.

Towels, linen and tablecloths are all provided. Linen and towels are changed two times per week or on demand. 

Minimum stay is 7 nights from July till September.

A short stay of 3 nights minimum is possible out of high season.

Changeover day is preferably Saturday, but can be flexible depending on a high/low season.

Check in is at 5 pm and check out is at 10 am.

Car is not necessary.

*The guests are kindly requested to respect the neighbors’ peace and quiet and keep the noise to acceptable levels during day time. The volume of music and TV is to be reduced to appropriate levels after 11 pm. Outdoors the music should be turned off completely after 12 pm.

*The pools is maintained during the night, so it should not be used after 11 pm.

*At arrival a damage deposit of €2.000 is requested as CC pre-authorization. The damage deposit can be used by the owner to cover the cost for possible damages that might occur during the stay. Should none of the mentioned occur, owner will not charge your CC.

*In addition to the security deposit, a services deposit of €2.000 will also apply in case of extra services ordered by the guest, payable in cash at the arrival or one week before arrival on bank account.
