Daily rates per property.
Daily rates include: use of all facilities and amenities, VAT, tourist tax, wi-fi, linen, towels, water, electricity (solar pannels), gas, soaps, shampoos and shower gels, final cleaning.
Daily rate does not include: daily cleaning and all additional services.

Pets are allowed, free of charge.
Smoking is not allowed.
Events are not allowed.
All additional services upon request prior to your arrival.
Towels, bed linen and tablecloths are all provided. Towels and linen are changed upon request.
Minimum stay is 7 days, but exceptions can be made depending on a high/low season.
Changeover day is preferably Saturday, but can be flexible depending on a high/low season.
A short stay, of 3 nights minimum, is possible out of high season.
Check in is at 5 pm and check out is at 10 am.
€500 refundable security deposit is requested in cash and will be returned after departure inspection.
