Daily rates per property.
Daily rates include: use of all facilities and amenities, VAT, tourist tax, wi-fi, linen, towels, water, electricity, gas, soaps, shampoos and shower gels.
Daily rates do not include: wine selection, final cleaning and additional services.
Final cleaning is charged separately €200.

Pets are allowed, upon request.
Events are allowed, upon request.
No smoking is allowed.
All additional services upon request prior to your arrival.
Towels, linen and tablecloths are all provided. Linen is changed weekly or more often upon request; a sufficient number of clean towels always at hand.
Minimum stay is 4 nights.
Changeover day is preferably Saturday, but can be flexible depending on a high/low season.
Check in is at 3 pm and check out is at 11 am.
Car is recommended.
€300 refundable security deposit is requested in cash on arrival and will be returned after departure inspection.
