Daily rates include: use of all facilities and amenities, VAT, linen, towels, water, electricity, gas, final cleaning and all sports equipment - bicycles, paddleboards, windsurfers, sailboats, kayaks, snorkelling equipment.
Daily rates do not include: tourist tax and all additional services.

Pets are allowed only on the ground floor.
Smoking is allowed only outside.
Events are not allowed.
All additional services upon request prior to your arrival.
Use of the house includes one beach towel, one bath towel, and one towel per person, changed weekly. €5 per additional towel used. The same applies for bed linen.
Minimum stay is 7 days, but exceptions can be made depending on the season.
Check in is at 4 pm and check out is at 10 am.
Car is recommended.
€500 refundable security deposit is requested in cash on arrival and will be returned after departure inspection.
