Daily rates per property.
Daily rates include: use of all facilities and amenities, VAT, tourist tax, wi-fi, linen, towels, water, electricity, soaps, shampoos and shower gels, weekly cleaning, final cleaning.
Daily rates do not include: pool heating €25 EUR per day, and all additional services.
Additional Information
Pets are allowed upon request, with €1.000 security deposit and additional €250/week per pet cleaning charge.
Smoking is not allowed.
Events are not allowed.
All additional services upon request prior to your arrival.
Towels and bed linen are all provided and changed weekly. Additional changes available by separate negotiation.
Minimum stay is 7 days.
Check in is at 4 pm and check out is at 10 am.
Car is highly recommended. Small car (VW Golf size) is ideal as parking and streets are narrow.
€500 refundable security deposit is requested in cash on arrival and will be returned after departure inspection.
