Daily rates include: use of facilities and amenities, VAT, touris tax, wi-fi, linen, towels, electricity, soaps, shampoos and shower gels, final cleaning, Villas reception available 24/7, welcome drink at Villas bar upon arrival, Villas children playground next to the Villas bar.
Daily rates do not include: golf cart and all additional services.

Towels and bed linen are changed once per week.
Minimum stay is 7 nights in high season, 4 nights in low season.
Check in is between 4 pm to 9 pm and check out is between 7 am to 11 am.
At your disposal will be one golf cart per villa (extra charged) during the whole stay for easier transfers to the beach and the town.
Upon arrival, a damage deposit of €500 must be paid by credit card or cash, which will be returned after the final inspection of the villa.
