Daily rates per property.
Daily rates include: use of all facilities and amenities, VAT, tourist tax, wi-fi, electricity, water, gas, linen, towels, soaps, shampoos and shower gels, daily housekeeping (the things that must be done regularly to keep something working properly), food & beverage delivery three times per week upon request, final cleaning.
Daily rates do not include: pets (€25 per night), wine selection and all additional services.

Towels, bed linen and tablecloths are all provided. Towels are provided for a total period of stay in advance, while linen is changed weekly, or more often if necessary.
Minimum stay is 7 days in high season, 4 days in low season. Exceptions can be made depending on the season.
Changeover day is preferably Saturday, but can be flexible depending on the season.
Check in is at 2.30 pm and check out is at 9.30 am.
Car is necessary.
€200 refundable security deposit is requested in cash on arrival and will be returned after departure inspection.
