Daily rates include: use of all facilities and amenities (pool, sauna, etc), tourist tax, wi-fi, linen, towels, water, electricity, soaps, shampoos and shower gels, final cleaning, housemaid, RIB boat with skipper.
Daily rates do not include: RIB boat fuel, wine boutique and all additional services.

Towels, bed linen and tablecloths are all provided. Towels are changed on a daily basis while linen is changed every 3-4 days, or more often on request.
Minimum stay is 7 days, exceptions can be made depending on a high/low season.
A short stay, 3 nights minimum, is possible out of high season.
Changeover day is preferably Saturday, but can be flexible depending on a high/low season.
Check in is at 4 pm and check out is at 10 am.
Car is recommended.
€3.000 refundable security deposit is requested in cash and will be returned after departure inspection.
