Daily rates include: use of facilities and amenities, VAT, tourist tax, linen, towels, gas, water, electricity.
Daily rates do not include: final cleaning and all additional services.
Final cleaning is charged separately €50.

Pets are allowed, upon request.
Smoking is allowed, in outside areas.
Events are allowed, upon request.
All additional services upon request prior to your arrival.
Towels and linen are all provided, towels are changed on request while linen is changed weekly; upon request and per extra charge earlier.
Minimum stay is 7 days, but exceptions can be made depending on a high/low season.
A short stay (less than 4 nights) is possible out of high season, but requires 30% surcharge.
Changeover day is preferably Saturday, but can be flexible depending on a high/low season.
Check in is at 3 pm and check out is at 10 am.
Car is necessary.
€300 refundable security deposit is requested in cash on arrival and will be returned after departure inspection.
