Daily rates per property.
Daily rates include: use of all facilities and amenities, VAT, wi-fi, linen, towels, water, electricity, gas, soaps, shampoos and shower gels, pool heating, daily housekeeping.
Daily rates do not include: tourist tax, final cleaning, events and all additional services.
Final cleaning is charged separately €500.
Each event at the villa will be charged an extra €500. We kindly request to be notified of the exact number of guests in advance.

Pets are allowed, upon request.
Smoking is allowed in outdoor areas.

Towels, bed linen and tablecloths are all provided. Towels are provided for a total period of stay in advance, while linen is changed every 3 to 4 days.
Additional cleaning services and change of bed linens is arranged according to guest’s wishes and charged separately.
Check in is at 4 pm and check out is at 10 am.
Car is not necessary but recommendable.
€1.000 refundable security deposit is requested in cash and will be returned after departure inspection.
