Daily rates include: use of all facilities and amenities, VAT, wi-fi, linen, towels, water, electricity, soaps, shampoos and shower gels, final cleaning.
Daily rates do not include: tourist tax and all additional services, as maid service.

Pets are allowed, upon request.
Smoking is not allowed.
Events are not allowed.

Towels, bed linen and tablecloths are all provided. Towels and linen are changed every 3 to 4 days to help save the environment, unless they are very dirty or wet.
Minimum stay is 7 days, but exceptions can be made depending on the season.
Changeover day is preferably Saturday, but can be flexible depending on the season.
Check in is at 3 pm and check out is at 11 am.
Car is not necessary.
Due to the art, antiques and design of the property €1.000 refundable security deposit is requested in cash and will be returned after departure inspection.
