Daily rates include: use of all facilities and amenities, VAT, tourist tax, wi-fi, linen, towels, soaps, water, electricity.
Daily rates do not include: final cleaning, wine selection and all additional services.
Final cleaning is charged separately €150.

Pets are allowed, upon request.
Additional charges may be applied in case of damage.
Smoking is allowed, except in bedrooms.
Events are allowed, depending on the number of people.

Towels, bed linen and tablecloths are all provided. Towels are changed every 3 to 4 days, linen is changed every 3 to 4 days; more often upon request and with surcharge.
Minimum stay is 5 nights in high season, 4 nights in low season.
Check in is at 4 pm and check out is at 10 am.
Car is essential.
€200 refundable security deposit is requested in cash on arrival and will be returned after departure inspection.
