Daily rates per property.
There are 10 basic beds in the villa, plus 2 extra beds, if needed. Extra beds are charged €100 per night per bed.
Daily rates include: use of all facilities and amenities (pool, sauna, gym etc), VAT, tourist tax, wi-fi, linen, towels, water, gas, electricity, soaps, shampoos and shower gels, final cleaning, complimentary welcome gift.
Daily rates do not include: wine boutique and all additional services.

Pets are allowed on request, surcharge €100 per pet per night.
No smoking is allowed inside the premises.
Event are allowed, upon request.
All additional services upon request prior to your arrival.
Towels, linen and tablecloths are all provided. Towels are changed on a daily basis while linen is changed weekly, or more often if necessary.
Minimum stay is 5 nights in high season, 7 nights in low season. For shorter stay price is 30% higher.
Check in is at 5 pm and check out is at 10 am. Every extra hour will be charged €200.
Car is necessary.
€1.000 refundable security deposit is requested in cash and will be returned 5 days after check out on guests bank account, if nothing is damaged.
For young groups under 25 years old, refundable security deposit is €2.000.
