Daily rates per property.
Daily rates include: guest escort with the possibility of assistance upon arrival (preannounced agreement), use of all facilities and amenities, VAT, tourist tax, wi-fi, linen, towels, water, electricity.
Daily rates do not include: final cleaning, cleaning of your apartment on a daily or mid-weekly basis, organizing breakfast at a nearby restaurants and all additional services.
*Final cleaning is charged separately €90.
*Lost key is charged separately €50.

Pets are allowed, upon request.
Smoking is allowed in outdoor areas.
Events are allowed, upon request.
All additional services upon request prior to your arrival.
Towels, bed linen and tablecloths are all provided. Towels and linen are changed weekly.
Minimum stay is 4 nights in high season, 3 nights in low season, but exceptions can be made depending on the season.
Check in is at 5 pm and check out is at 10 am.
Car is not necessary.
€500 refundable security deposit is requested in cash and will be returned after departure inspection.
