Daily rates include: use of facilities and amenities, VAT, tourist tax, wi-fi, bath & soap showers, linen, towels, water, electricity, final cleaning.
Daily rates do not include: all additional services.

Smoking is allowed in outdoor areas.
All additional services upon request prior to your arrival.
Towels and bed linen are all provided. Towels are changed on a daily basis while linen is changed weekly.
Minimum stay is 7 days, but exceptions can be made depending on a high/low season.
A short stay (3 nights minimum) is possible out of high season, but requires 30% surcharge.
Changeover day is preferably Saturday, but can be flexible depending on a high/low season.
Check in is at 3 pm and check out is at 10 am.
Car is essential.
€100 refundable security deposit is requested in cash and will be returned after departure inspection.
