How will you get to the island this summer?

Looking for a quick overview of Hvar transfers to Croatia's premier island this summer?

The good news is that there are more transfer options for the new season, with also the promise of hydroplanes direct to Jelsa, which will transform tourism connections on Hvar.

The Jadrolinija summer schedule will begin on May 29 this year, bringing additional car ferries to both Sućuraj and Stari Grad, and finally there is now a catamaran connection from Hvar to Dubrovnik, which started this week.

The Jadrolinija timetable can be found here: www.jadrolinija.hr

The service, from Krilo, operates in the season on Tuesdays and Thursdays from Split, Milna on Brac, Hvar, Korcula and Dubrovnik.

Check out the Krilo schedule here: www.krilo.hr

This week saw the announcement of the return of the fast SNAV connection from Pescara to Stari Grad for the first time since 2011, and the service will commence on July 26: www.snav.it

The announcement many people are waiting for is the schedule of the German hydroplane company European Coastal Airlines who, after trying for some 13 years, appear very close to starting operations. The company are in the final stages of finalising all the documentation, and they have confirmed that operations will start in 2014. Jelsa is a key destination for them, and it will be connected to Split and Dubrovnik airports, as well as other planned destinations such as Korcula and Zadar. We will bring you the final announcement and schedule as soon as we have it.

Of course, there is always the possibility of a private transfer with Villas Hvar. Simply contact our Concierge service with your requirements.
