Daily rates per property.
Daily rates include: use of all facilities and amenities, VAT, tourist tax, wi-fi, linen, towels, water, gas, electricity, soaps, shampoos and shower gels, cleaning once a week, final cleaning, luggage delivery from the parking lot to the apartment and vice versa.
Daily rates do not include: wine boutique and all additional services.

Towels, linen and tablecloths are all provided. Towels are changed twice a week while linen is changed weekly, or more often if necessary.
Minimum stay is 3 days in a peak season.
Check in is at 5 pm and check out is at 10 am.
Car is not necessary.
€200 refundable security deposit is requested in cash and will be returned after departure inspection.
