Daily rates per property.
For stays 1 day shorter than the minimum, the daily rate will be increased by 5%. For stays 2 days shorter than the minimum, the daily rate will be increased by 10%. For stays 3 days shorter than the minimum (applicable only when the minimum stay is 7 days), the daily rate will be increased by 15%. For stays 4 days shorter than the minimum (applicable only when the minimum stay is 7 days), the daily rate will be increased by 20%. Please note that the absolute minimum stay allowed is 3 days, regardless of the period.
Daily rates include: use of all facilities and amenities, VAT, tourist tax, wi-fi, electricity, water, linen, towels, soaps, shampoos and shower gels, daily maintenance of the property (2h/day), final cleaning, villa manager.
Daily rates do not include: served breakfast, wine selection and all additional services.

Towels, linen and tablecloths are all provided. Towels and linen changed every 3 to 4 days; more often upon request and with surcharge.
Minimum stay is 7 days in July and August, exceptions can be made upon request and depending on the season, from 5 to 3 nights minimum, with short stay surcharge.
Check in is at 5 pm and check out is at 10 am.
Car is recommended.
€1.500 refundable damage deposit is requested in cash and will be returned after departure inspection.
