Daily rates include: use of all facilities and amenities, VAT, tourist tax, wi-fi, electricity, water, gas, linen, towels, soaps, shampoos and shower gels, final cleaning.
Daily rates do not include: all additional services.

Pets are allowed, upon request.
Smoking is allowed in outdoor areas.
All additional services upon request prior to your arrival.
Towels, bed linen and tablecloths are all provided. Linen are changed weekly without surcharge, or more often upon request. Sufficient number of clean towels is always on hand and they need to be changed by the guests.
Minimum stay is 7 days, but exceptions can be made depending on the season.
Check in is at 4 pm and check out is at 10 am.
Car is not necessary.
No refundable security deposit is requested since the owner has great trust in polite and decent behaviour of the clients.
