Daily rates per property.
Daily rates include: use of all facilities and amenities, wi-fi, linen, towels, water, gas, electricity.
Daily rates do not include: final cleaning, tourist tax and all additional services.
Final cleaning is charged separately €100.

Pets are allowed, upon request.
Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
Events are allowed, upon request.

Towels, bed linen and tablecloths are all provided. Towels are changed on a daily basis while linen is changed once a week.
Minimum stay is 7 days, but exceptions can be made depending on the season.
A short stay, minimum of 5 nights, is possible out of high season.
Changeover day is preferably Saturday, but can be flexible depending on the season.
Check in is at 3 pm and check out is at 10 am.
€500 refundable security deposit is requested in cash and will be returned after departure inspection.
