Daily rates per property.
Daily rates include: use of all facilities and amenities, VAT, tourist tax, wi-fi, pool heating, electricity, water, gas, linen, towels.
Daily rates do not include: all additional services + in case of exceptional dirt and mess final cleaning will be charged additionally €30.
A personalized warm welcome will be organized on the day of your arrival in order to make you familiar to the house and the environment. During your full stay a local host speaking perfect English will be at your disposal for any questions (on call) and your additional wishes which will make your holiday unforgettable.
Extra housekeeping and pool cleaning can be organized at an additional charge.

Towels and linen are all provided and changed weekly without surcharge, upon request and per extra charge earlier.
Minimum stay is 7 days, but exceptions can be made depending on high/low season.
A short stay (less than 4 nights) is possible out of high season, but requires 30% surcharge.
Changeover day is preferably Saturday, but can be flexible depending on high/low season.
Check in is at 4 pm and check out is at 10 am.
Car is essential.
€500 refundable security deposit is requested in cash on arrival and will be returned after departure inspection.
Before the final booking confirmation, clients have to send us the exact names of their group (+ passport, birthday, nationality) and their own bank account for security deposit reimbursement (IBAN + SWIFT).
In case the house is returned in the original state, the owner will reimburse the security deposit by bank transfer to the clients bank account two weeks at the latest.
