Villa Hedone is an idyllic estate located in Pitve, one of the most charming and most beautiful villages on the island. The property was originally built in 1900; the first adaptation was done in 2013 and the second in 2016.
Lovely Hedone consists of three traditional Dalmatian stone houses with a courtyard, garden, playground, sauna and swimming pool. A lot of entertaining facilities is for sure what distinguishes Hedone from many others.
The whole place spreads on 2000m2. The interior of the main stone house is 75m2, the interior of the second stone house is 50m2 while the interior of the third stone house is 80m2.
In the main house there is a Konoba on the ground floor. Konoba feat. wine cellar is closed and it will be open upon request, in case guests want to try local wines or olive oil.
Romantic stone stairway on the outside of the house leads to the first floor where there is a terrace overlooking the sea. Inside the first floor of the main house there are two bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms with shower units plus living room area. In the living room there is additional sofa bed for two persons, if needed. The main house is air-conditioned.
Lovely Mediterranean garden with a swimming pool is located between the main and the second house. Also, on the same location there is a covered spacious outside dining area and an open fireplace where you can prepare local delicacies and delicious, healthy meals for your loved ones.
Garden with organically grown seasonal vegetables brings extra charm to the whole place.
Outdoor terrace overlooks not only the sea, but also the surrounding green landscapes, town of Jelsa, island of Brac and town of Makarska in the mainland. Terrace is equipped with outdoor furniture, sun loungers and everything else necessary for careless relaxation by the pool.
The second house consists of a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower unit on the first floor plus living room with sofa bed for two people on the ground floor. There is one AC unit in this house and also an additional terrace with an amazing sea view in front of the place.
The third house consists of a kitchen, dining room and living room on the ground floor plus two double bedrooms with private bathrooms on the first floor. The third stone house is air-conditioned.
