A glorious windswept Villa Caerus is situated on the top of the hill, overlooking the sea, on the 7000 square meters plot that is surrounded with the 2.5 meter tall wall. Around the villa on the plot there are 70 planted olive trees.
Villa Caerus was originally built in the year 1985, first adaptation was done in 2009 and then again in 2018.
The stunning interior of this magnificent stone villa is architecturally designed.
On the first floor there are 4 spacious en suite double bedrooms with matrimonial beds. Each room has AC and satellite TV. An extra bed for 1 person can be added in the master bedroom, if necessary.
On the ground floor there is a spacious 80 square meter living room with large sofa (which can be converted in bed for 2 persons), wide screen LCD and bar spacious indoor kitchen with every amenity. There is a large table for 10+ in the dining room and a large fireplace. Double bedroom with two single beds and its own bathroom is also located in this area of the villa.
In 2018, Villa Caerus expanded its capacities with an additional 50-square-meter house with 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms built across the swimming pool. In each bedroom beds can be separated and an additional third bed is also at disposal.
Caerus has also spacious fitness corner with exercise equipment.
Outdoor
A marvelous 200 meter square porch that provides the most amazing NW view to the islands of Vis, Šolta, Brač and mainland Split. Right in front of the porch lounge area there is a 77 meter square heated pool.
The fireplace/barbecue area is large enough for a party of up to 100 people and has a more intimate family size closed and air conditioned dining area with a large wooden table and kitchen.
Porch lounge area is equipped with large dining table and chairs plus additional garden furniture and sun beds.
Villa Caerus has also two garages suitable for three cars.
