Daily rates per property.
From November till May rates are negotiable and villa can be rented upon special agreement!
Daily rates include: use of all facilities and amenities (pool, hamman, etc), VAT, wi-fi, linen, towels, water, electricity, gas, soaps, shampoos and shower gels, daily housekeeping - the things that must be done regularly to keep something working properly.
Daily rates do not include: tourist tax, final cleaning, wine selection, pool heating and all additional services.
Final cleaning is charged separately €120.
