Daily rates include: use of all facilities and amenities, VAT, tourist tax, wi-fi, linen, towels, water, electricity, gas, bath & soap showers, daily cleaning, final cleaning.
Daily rates do not include: served breakfast and all additional services.

No pets are allowed.
Smoking is allowed in outdoor areas.
Events are allowed for max. 40 people, upon request.
All additional services upon request prior to your arrival.
Towels, bed linen and tablecloths are all provided. Linen is changed twice a week while towels are changed every 3 days.
Minimum stay is 7 days, but exceptions can be made depending on the season.
Changeover day is preferably Saturday, but can be flexible depending on the season.
Check in is at 5 pm and check out is at 10 am.
Car is essential.
€1.000 refundable security deposit is requested in cash and will be returned after departure inspection.
