Daily rates include: use of all facilities and amenities, VAT, wi-fi, linen, towels, water, electricity, gas, final cleaning.
Daily rates do not include: tourist tax and all additional services.

Pets are allowed on the groundfloor only, upon request.
Smoking is allowed in outdoor areas only.
Private events are allowed, upon request.
All additional services upon request prior to your arrival.
Towels, bed linen and tablecloths are all provided. Use of the house includes one beach towel, one bath towel, and one towel per person, changed weekly. The same applies for bed linen.
Minimum stay is 7 days, but exceptions can be made depending on the season.
Check in is at 4 pm and check out is at 10 am.
Car is essential.
€500 refundable security deposit is requested in cash and will be returned after departure inspection.
