You will not need a pool as you will be located by the sea. In fact, there are many things that you will not need at this location due to the fact that it alone is sufficient. With Brizo, the only things you will truly need are all your senses, open and ready for pure and endless pleasure.

Villa Features

Villa Brizo is located in an attractive and peaceful little town called Vrboska, 10 meters away from the sea and 500 meters away from the city center.

The villa was bought by the current owners in 1940 as a ruin, and it was fully renovated in 2002. The interior covers the area of 180 m2, while the outdoor terrace, veranda and courtyard cover the area of 300 m2.

The villa has three entrances, which is why it is difficult to determine which entrance is the main one, but let’s say that it is the one located under a large porch (veranda) which leads you directly to the kitchen and the living room located on the upper floor of the villa Brizo.

Once we enter the villa - on the left side there is a fully equipped kitchen, while on the right side there is a living room with a small sofa and two armchairs. The living room is followed by one of two bedrooms, one of two bathrooms and the other bedroom. One of the bedrooms has double bed the dimension of 160cm x 200cm, other has single beds.

In the part of the villa where the second bedroom and its accompanying bathroom are located, there is an exit which leads outside of the villa to the courtyard. In that part there is also an interior staircase which leads to the lower floor of the villa Brizo, where you can find a large decorated tavern, that is Konoba - and you can learn out more about Konoba as a typical local term on our website under the "Village of Vrbanj" section.

There you can also find extra beds — a double bed and a bed from which another bed can be pulled out. Furthermore, there is also a sofa on which you can spend romantic moments in the interior, or you can relax in front of an open fireplace - which we doubt you will need in the summer months. The tavern or Konoba of the villa Brizo is in its core a true lounge area. It has its own bathroom and exit from the villa to the courtyard.

However, the courtyard is a complex unit. Made of stone, static and spacious, with wooden, iron and green details, it fits perfectly in the macro picture of the location. It is divided into three parts, all connected to each other. Namely, the courtyard has three levels.

When entering the courtyard from the road, you see the largest plateau which is, with its three deck chairs and 3 large parasols, ideal for sunbathing. On the left side there are stairs which lead to the upper floor where the porch (veranda) is located. We already mentioned the porch because it leads you to the kitchen and the living room. Beneath the porch there is enough space to enjoy in the open air even during the rainy days. Not that Hvar has rainy days, but let’s be real, and ready: rainy days can sometimes occur.

When you go right from the first plateau, the stairs lead you to the lower floor where the already mentioned tavern is. In that corner you will find a large outdoor fireplace where you can take delight in preparing Mediterranean delicacies such as grilled fish. Yum, yum can already be heard from the dining table located at that same corner of the terrace.

While you feast, the smell of Mediterranean herbs such as rosemary, lavender, sage, pomegranate, oleander, accompanied by the smell of olives, agave and cactus, infuse the courtyard from all directions. Combined with the smell of sea salt a couple of meters away from the dining table, the enchanting smells could also awaken in people the idea of how lucky they are. Needless to say, indeed they are.

On the road in front of the courtyard there is a garage and secured parking spaces for two cars - one in the garage, one in front of it. Villa Brizo is generally very well isolated, and it is one of those houses in which you’ll never be unendurably hot. Brizo is not only an ideal villa for those who do not like high temperatures, but also for those who love spending their holidays next to the sea, in spacious villas with classic interiors, furnished with antique pieces and charming, rustic details.

It doesn’t matter if you’re a family, a couple or friends – because Brizo does not choose you, you choose Brizo.
