Daily rates include: use of all facilities and amenities (pool, tennis court, etc), VAT, tourist tax, wi-fi, linen, towels, water, electricity, gas, soaps, shampoos and shower gels, daily cleaning, final cleaning.
Daily rates do not include: wine selection and all additional services.

Towels, bed linen and tablecloths are all provided. Towels are changed on a daily basis while linen is changed every 3 to 4 days.
Minimum stay is 7 nights in high season, 3 nights in low season.
Check in is after 5 pm and check out is before 10 am.
Car is essential. There is a gravel path that leads 3 kilometers from the village of Humac till the property but SUV is not necessary.
€500 refundable security deposit is requested in cash and will be returned after departure inspection.
